Millies Cookies with left over Easter chocolate!


Easter now seems like a distant memory. But like me, you may still have some eggs left over! Well, this recipe is a perfect way to use up any chocolate and turn it into something just as delicious.



What you will need-
125g butter
200g caster sugar 
225g self raising flower
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
1 easter egg or 100g chocolate
